My weekly meditation hour is suitable for anyone looking for some space for self.
Meditation is so important for our sense of inner peace but it has far wider implications. It can alter our perceptions of the world about us and give us a different awareness of where we fit in our world.
I am not going to write reams of information and benefits of meditation, if you feel drawn to doing it that is all you need to know.....the rest will happen naturally as you become more connected with the practice.
